Wet dyeing green and blue dyed fabric:- This fabric is specially for hospitals in 20’s cotton fabric and 30’s blended quality. The fabric goes through hot and cold water wet dyeing process at high temperature. It can easily absorb blood marks from patient’s body and keeps the bed sheet stain free for a longer period. We have installed specific machinery to get uniform and better dyeing result.
We cater big chain hospitals with customised printing order using hospital name and logo on both end of the bed sheet. These orders are processed on specific terms and condition for example under such order we are not authorised to keep or reprint the fabric without hospitals consent. There is a Minimum quantity attached in order to process the order. Colour fastness of the fabric will be as per the customer requirement.
MULTI CANDY FABRIC
Multi colour lining design is always in trend in major hospital chain. These linings are available in 100% cotton as well as poly cotton fabric. We manufacture colours options in it. For small hospital chain we even have the option of buying all the colours in one particular bale.

DYED RAINBOW
The plain fabric in 140 tc comes in 6 different shades. The fabric is been used for hospital bedding and patient dress in majority of private and government hospitals. Fabric goes through pre wash treatment test to qualify the dyeing fastness after washing. Even after multi wash there is no bubbling in the fabric which increases the life span of the product.

SINGLE CANDY STRIPE FABRIC
Single striped lining design is ever in majority of the hospitals. This Fabric is been used for making bed sheet as well as unisex patient dress. Even after repeated washing of the fabric there is no bubbling in the fabric.
